The villa is set up for 15 guests as standard. Up to 19 guests are possible on request. There are 7 bedrooms, 10 beds, 6 bathrooms and 3 full kitchens.

Yes. When booking the whole property, your group has the villa, pool and outdoor areas privately. In the off season, individual areas may also be available separately on request.

Yes. Real guest reviews are on Google, Airbnb and Booking. The villa is professionally and thoroughly cleaned after every stay; clear communication and a well-kept house are especially important to us.

Split Airport is located in Kaštel Štafilić. From Villa Rocco it is usually around 15 minutes by car or taxi; in high season, exact travel time depends on traffic.

Split Old Town is approx. 13 km away and Trogir approx. 14 km. Car, taxi, ride apps and public transport are possible; Promet Split connects Split, the airport and Trogir with line 37.

Not necessarily. Beach, supermarket, bus and train are nearby. For national parks, island trips or late nights out, a rental car or ride service is useful.

You have a quieter base between Split and Trogir, while beaches, beach bars, old towns, boat trips, viewpoints and nightlife remain easy to reach.

Yes, respectful friend groups are welcome. The villa should stay in good condition, neighbours must not be disturbed and all guests need to follow the house rules.

Yes. Shared dinners, pool days and music at a reasonable volume are fine. Outdoor noise must be reduced during quiet hours.

Only registered guests are allowed on the property unless agreed with us in advance.

Accommodation providers in Croatia must register guests through eVisitor. For this, we need guest details; registration is completed within 24 hours of arrival.

The heated saltwater pool is private for your group. Please use no glass by the pool, supervise children and close the sliding enclosure in the evening or when it is windy.

Check-in is from 16:00, check-out is until 10:00. The deposit is €1,000.
