Large-group stays
Villa for 15 people in Croatia
Private group villa in Kaštel Gomilica for 15 guests, with 7 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 3 kitchens, a heated saltwater pool and easy access to Split and Trogir.Villa Rocco is designed for groups that want to stay together without sharing the pool, terraces or common areas with other guests. The standard setup accommodates 15 guests; larger groups of up to 19 may be possible only by prior agreement.
Space to be together, room to step away
The main house and separate bungalow create several places to sleep, cook and relax. That matters on a group trip: breakfast does not depend on one kitchen, bathroom queues are shorter, and not everyone has to follow the same daily rhythm.
The pool, outdoor dining areas, media room and terraces give the group natural meeting points. Bedrooms and separate living areas provide quieter space when somebody wants an early night or a slower morning.
A practical base between Split and Trogir
Villa Rocco is in Kaštel Gomilica, between Split and Trogir. Split Old Town is about 13 km away, Trogir Old Town about 14 km, the beach about 1 km, and Split Airport is usually around 15 minutes by car or taxi when traffic is normal.
For most groups, a mix of taxis or ride-hailing for evenings and one or more cars for groceries and day trips works well. Exact travel times vary in summer, so check the route for your planned time of day.
